SOUR RASPBERRY

STYLE: Cidermaker Series. Soured fruit cider. 


AROMA: Green apple, red raspberries, raspberry blossoms, sweet-tarts. 


FLAVOR: Tart green apple, pomegranate, raspberry preserves, finishes dry with a robust acidity. 


APPLE VARIETIES: Organic Washington grown Gala, Honeycrisp, Granny Smith and Pink Lady apples. 


CIDERMAKER NOTES: This ruby red hue cider was fermented using a souring strain of ale yeast. To preserve a delicate natural sweetness, fermentation was halted early. This cider was then racked and aged on whole organic red raspberries. The resulting fruit medley emerges as a crisp and tart cider with a bright finish. 


SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled. Pair with cheesecake, grilled lamb chops, or pistachio rugelach. 


SWEETNESS: Semi-Dry - Final Gravity 1.006 ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 6.7%
