At the Chimacum Cider Garden we host different food vendors throughout the week, featuring local and seasonal ingredients from land and sea and variety of offerings including vegan and gluten free options. Check our calendar below to see who is serving food when!

THE FINNRIVER KITCHEN

The Finnriver Kitchen offers a compact menu fueled by locally sourced ingredients and seasonal inspiration. Additional snacks, including grab-n-go items are also available in the taproom!

LOCAL FOOD VENDORS

Born in Seoul Korea, Chef Wyatt brings over 25 years of experience as a sushi chef from cities like Venice to San Diego, and more recently, Port Townsend. Chef Wyatt's menu will offer a variety of sushi rolls, cucumber salad, miso soup, and green tea. Rotating specials. Made with local ingredients.

Thin-crust 'flatbread' style pizza baked to order in a woodfired oven reclaimed from a marine buoy — made with locally sourced and seasonal toppings, and organic ingredients. Gluten Free crust available sometimes. Can make vegan.

We use rich, organic coconut cream as our base, with organic ingredients and locally-sourced fruits, and our ice creams are made in small batches with intention and integrity. Made locally in Port Townsend - with love, not dairy!

Friendly Nettle will be serving Banh Mi made with a choice of Vietnamese-style pork sausage or locally grown wheat tempeh. Gluten-free Japchae noodle salad will be available as well.


Moonlight Oyster Company, is shucking and serving oysters raised just down the road in the clear waters of Marrowstone Island. Ralph’s work as an oyster farmer is a culmination of his experiences around the world and locally as an advocate for coastal communities and ocean health. “When I became an oyster farmer it solidified my role in cultivating interdependence between society and environment.”
