Salary: $16.28/hour plus equal share in the tip-pool

Reports to: Finnriver Cider Garden Manager

Hours: Part-Time, seasonal April-October

About the Position:

We seek seasonal Cider Garden (CG) Ambassadors with customer service, education and/or beverage or food industry experience to work in the Finnriver Cider Garden for the higher volume months of April- October. Ambassadors work to create a positive, memorable, clean, organized, educational, and exceedingly hospitable environment. The Ambassador role blends traditional host, barkeep, and educator roles — including creating a welcoming interaction, serving cider, setup and clean-up of the Taproom and Cider Garden facilities, conducting sales, and offering guided tastings. Shift frequency can vary seasonally.

 



🍎Job Posting:  Port Townsend Farmers Market Crew

Location: Port Townsend, WA

Salary: $16.28/hour plus tips and commission

Reports to: Finnriver Farmers Market Manager

Hours: Part-Time, Saturdays from April-December

About the Position:

The Finnriver Market Crew presents a public face of Finnriver, working to support our mission: to celebrate the beauty and bounty of the earth, to reconnect people with the land that sustains us, and to grow community! The Farmers Market crew encourage customers to come visit our farm and taproom locations in Chimacum and Tumwater and help grow Finnriver’s presence on the peninsula. Our Market Crew is responsible for managing the daily operation of the market booth, including working with cidery and farm crew to stock product, offer public tastings, conduct sales, create attractive and effective market displays, manage inventory of product and tasting supplies, and both set up and taking down of the booth.

About the Position:

This position works within the Finnriver Food Service team to prepare and serve food for our on-site operation while upholding local health and food safety requirements, and Finnriver policies. Self-motivation to tidy, organize and remain occupied on slower days is required as well. The Finnriver kitchen can get very busy with guests dining and visiting our farm and event space. The dishwasher shift is responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure our kitchen crew have a supply of clean cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, glassware, and general food-prep and food-service tools. Use of a commercial dishwasher is required but also some handwashing and drying of larger items. Good humor and love of humanity is essential! Shift frequency can vary seasonally.
