Finnriver Farms is operated by Jeff Horwath and Janet Aubin at the 33-acre ‘Home Farm,’ 2.5 miles south of the Finnriver Orchard. Janet, Jeff and a small crew of fabulous farmers grow organic fruits and vegetables, and pastured chickens and ducks eggs.
The Home Farm is renowned for its two acres and 10 varieties of organic blueberries, which thrive in the rich valley-bottom soils of the Chimacum Valley. These berries are beloved for their size, sweetness and general tastiness! You can find the widest selection of our produce and eggs by visiting us at the local farmers markets or joining our CSA. We also grow a smaller selection of produce for local stores and restaurants.
Please note: The Home Farm is not open to the public except by appointment and for members of the Berry Club.
Finnriver Farms sells produce at the three Jefferson County Farmers Markets: Port Townsend Saturday & Wednesday Markets and Chimacum Sunday Market. You can learn more about our local markets at: http://jcfmarkets.org

What is a CSA?
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between producers and consumers. Eaters purchase share of the harvest; farmers grow you amazing produce and deliver it in a weekly Farm Box throughout the season. It is an investment in a local business, in your health and in your community.
Finnriver Farms' weekly CSA Box contains 6 to 8 different crops, reflecting what is in season on the farm. Our CSA boxes are a minimum of 15% below market value to make your food budget go further and include Berry collective membership.
Sample Spring Box: Spinach, Japanese turnips, Baby carrots, Boc Choy, Scallions, & Broccoli shoots
Sample Summer Box: Green beans, Salad mix, Cucumbers, Sweet Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, & Strawberries

Join the Berry Club
Berry Club Members get the opportunity to pick berries to their heart’s content at the Home Farm. Once you gain membership in the Berry Club, we will notify you by email of open U-Pick hours and field conditions weekly. Berry Club Members still pay for the berries picked, but at a special Club price: $3 per pound. Yearly membership for a family or household is $30. Returning members $25. Berry Club Membership is included in our CSA.
To join, sign up by June 30th. Email: email@example.com to find out if there is still room!
Each season is different in the berry field, depending on the elements. If the berry season is abundant, then we can occasionally open for public picking by special announcement. However most years we are not able to open to the public for general picking and we limit picking to members of our Berry Club. Public u-pick days, if they occur, will be announced on the Finnriver Facebook page.
