CIDERMAKER NOTES

Honey Meadow speaks directly to the roots, shoots, and blooms of Spring on the Olympic Peninsula. Golden in color, this seasonally-crafted, botanical cider is made with 20 gallons of honey sourced from Sailing S Honey out of Sequim, Washington. The cider is then infused with Midori Farm burdock root, wild-foraged dandelion root, and Finnriver-grown lemon balm, along with organic chamomile blossoms. An herbal, nutty body meets honeyed nectar, balanced and rooted in the treats of the earth. Fermented to honor the seasonal shifts and gifts of springtime. Semi-sweet.

SUGGESTED PAIRINGS

Combine 2.5oz Honey Meadow Cider with 1.5oz Pisco, 1oz Grapefruit Juice, and .5oz Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake, and double strain to craft a Clouds in the Meadow cocktail. Light, creamy and refreshing. Pair Honey Meadow with fresh spring produce and garden gatherings.
