CIDERMAKER NOTES
Traditionally crafted and co-fermented, this small-batch cider gracefully blends bittersweet organic Brown Snout cider apples and local high-acid Gravenstein apples with robust, juicy Italian plums. Wild Plum celebrates the harmony between bright, sharp acidity and the natural sweetness of stone fruit. Just over three thousand pounds of community-harvested plums—crushed entirely by hand—were co-fermented with community-harvested Gravensteins and Finnriver’s organic Brown Snout apples. The resulting blend presents a cider with a striking ruby red hue and delicate aromas of plum blossoms and cherries. Each sip reveals crisp, tart notes of green apple balanced by the rich, dark fruit character of plums. Serve chilled. Semi-dry.
SUGGESTED PAIRINGS
Pairs well with an assortment of spiced nuts, as well as pork chops or duck prepared with a stone-fruit reduction or chutney.
