CIDERMAKER NOTES 

This cider begins on a single hillside at Vista Ridge, where a generous harvest of organic Yarlington Mill apples ripened in the coastal light just twenty miles south of Finnriver. Cold-fermented to capture the apple’s naturally light, aromatic character, it opens with soft notes of orchard florals. Golden in color, with a faint amber glow in the glass, this cider drinks dry and apple-forward, finishing clean and balanced, allowing the fruit to speak clearly. Reliably dry, with no added sugar and nothing extra, this is cider as it grows—an honest expression of one place, one season, and the farmers who tend it. Dry.

A natural companion to cozy, savory dishes—try it alongside butternut squash soup or tortellini tossed in brown butter with lamb sausage.
