This dry and fruitful Spring Bloom Cider is a seasonal counterpoint to

our popular Autumn's Blush Cider. Fermented from a blend of select

Certified Organic Washington apples, and finished with a subtle

touch of organic blueberry juice for a dry, crisp, complex and colorful

sparkling cider. Finnriver was founded on an organic blueberry farm

three miles south of our current location. This cider is both an homage

to our origins and a way to celebrate the bounty of earth's fruits in

a creative fusion of truit. Pair with spring rolls and peanut sauce or

a wedge salad with chunky blue cheese dressing.
