Paved by the patience of our dedicated orchardists, this small-batch, limited release Sojourn cider marksa rare milestone in Finnriver’s orchard. Our Dabinett harvest left an impression of abundance and gratitude, as it is the first year Finnriver’s organic orchard has borne enough fruit to craft a single-varietal Dabinett. In pursuit of the purest expression of Finnriver-grown Dabinett apples, this estate cider was farmcrafted traditionally, balancing naturally bold tannins and astringency to yield a smooth, full-bodied liquid gold — a mirror of soil, stewardship, and season. Semi-dry.
