CIDERMAKER NOTES

Local, organic stone fruit and organic Golden Ghost peppers from Tonnemaker Farms co-fermented with organic Washington apples and honey harvested locally from a hive tended by Finnriver’s Orchardist, Shay Hohmann. Organic peaches and apricots lend a tangy backbone, met by a spiciness that builds with every sip. A honeyed nectar with amber hues. Semi-dry.

Best enjoyed backlit by a summertime sunset, alongside a plate of marinated pork tacos with fresh pico de gallo.
