This single-estate cider is made with 100% organic bittersharp Kingston Black cider apples grown and harvested by the Finnriver Orchard Crew. As a single-varietal cider, Kingston Black is the truest expression of place and pomme. A slow, five-month winter fermentation showcases the complexities and depth of this classic cider apple. From one orchard and one apple, this cider’s golden-amber body offers delicate aromas of ripe red apple, notes of dried berries, rose leaf tea, and a touch of leather. Semi-dry.
