CIDERMAKER NOTES

This year’s Fresh Hopped Cider features organic Cascade and Comet hops, lovingly harvested right here in Chimacum, Washington, from our own organic orchard. The production journey begins with organic Washington apples, aged on the skins of wild-foraged plums gathered from the lush, untamed edges of the Olympic Peninsula. We then infuse the cider with freshly-harvested organic hops from Finnriver, yielding a vibrant, straw-colored cider, redolent with the scent of ripe stonefruit and lifted by bright, botanical notes of tart citrus from the hops. A small-batch, special release cider made to highlight the abundance of Washington’s short, but sweet Fresh Hop season. Semi-dry.

Enjoy alongside street-style grilled fish tacos with fresh

pico de gallo. Fresh Hopped also stands strong enjoyed

by itself or paired with a seaside sunset at the tail

end of summer.
