CIDERMAKER NOTES 

Bottled with the botany that breathes life into the Olympic Peninsula, Forest Ginger is infused with wild Douglas fir tips and a variety of evergreen needles, harvested from our very own Chimacum Ridge. This cider’s herbaceous silhouette is followed by a full body crafted from a dry cider foundation steeped with organic ginger root. Invigorating and reminiscent of the annual shift into autumn. Semi-sweet.

SUGGESTED PAIRINGS 

Forest Ginger is complemented by seasonal root vegetables and a wild-foraged mushroom risotto. Also, try with a traditional Vietnamese phở.
