CIDERMAKER NOTES

An aged addition to our Orchard Series of ciders, Fire Barrel is crafted from a blend of traditional bittersweet cider apples, fermented slowly over the winter months. The cool temperatures encourage the development of rich, complex esters, enhancing the cider’s aromatic profile. The apples, naturally high in tannins and polyphenols, contribute depth, structure, and a distinctive character that sets this ferment apart from others in our cidery. After primary fermentation, the cider is aged in American oak bourbon barrels from December through August. Off-dry.

SUGGESTED PAIRINGS

After chilling, allow the cider to warm slightly and serve. Pair with a savory fare such as cured meats and smoked cheeses, or slow roasted brisket. Fire Barrel also reduces down lovely while caramelizing onions— a rich addition to

burgers fresh off the slow-roasted grill.
