CIDERMAKER NOTES 

Crisp, light, and made from 100% organic NW apples, including heirloom varieties that speak to the drier side of our favorite fruit. Organic Granny Smith and Pink Lady apples from Washington meet organic Golden Russet apples from Ashland, Oregon in this balanced blending of high acid apples. The Golden Russet apples are pressed and fermented separately with a Sauignon blanc yeast strain, then cellared for a minimum of three months. Blending these varieties captures a sense of place within each sip of this evergreen, everyday cider. Dry.

SUGGESTED PAIRINGS

A light accompaniment for any adventure or outing. Pair with a kale salad, burger piled high with caramelized onions, or a slice of your favorite pizza.
