Farmcrafted using the méthode Champenoise, our artisan cider begins with a primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks before being transferred to bottles and placed inverted in traditional angled wooden racks. Gently tilted and rotated with precision to clear residual yeast, the bottles are then chilled and disgorged—completing a delicate process that yields a Champagne-style sparkling cider with a mouthfeel as light as a feather. Crafted from high-acid apples, it boasts a crisp, tart character balanced by bright, refreshing complexity. Brut.
