AROMA & FLAVOR : A dry cider with a pink-red hue. Tastes of apple blossom and citrus with pleasant notes of blueberry and a delicate, fruity finish.

APPLE VARIETIES: A blend of organic Granny Smith, Pink Lady, and Golden Russet.

CIDERMAKER NOTES: Inspired by the light and bubbly sparkling rosé wines that are enjoyed during the spring and summer months. This dry and fruitful Spring Bloom Cider is a seasonal counterpoint to our popular Autumn's Blush Cider. This cider was crafted from a select blend of high acid apples. Fermented clean and dry and infused with just a touch of organic blueberries.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Pair with spring rolls and peanut sauce ora wedge salad with chunky blue cheese dressing.
