We generally ship out Mondays and Thursdays, and we cannot guarantee expedited shipments due to our production schedule and scale. Orders are shipped on the day they are processed, not the day the order is placed. Holidays may affect shipment dates.


If a shipment is urgent or if you are having trouble creating an order, please email orders@finnriver.com and we’ll try our best to make it work for you! 


If you or another adult may not be available to accept the package at home, consider using a UPS Access Point as your shipping address; the UPS tool to find your nearest location is available at this link.
