Finnriver has put up the panels in our outdoor pavilion to create a heated space for enjoying the beauty of winter in the Chimacum Valley. Enjoy a tasting, a tap flight or a cup of hot ‘spiced or spiked’ cider in the cozy cider shed or heated pavilion.
On Friday evenings 5-8pm and Sunday afternoons 12-5pm, enjoy La Crêpe de Quimper serving up their marvelous sweet and savory crêpes and galettes. Corinne and Olivier are originally from Brittany, France-- a renowned region for the perfect pairing of crêpes and cider! They crossed the Atlantic Ocean on their sailboat carrying their crêpe pans and decided to stay. At the Finnriver Cider Garden they are excited to share with you their Celtic culture, making crêpes and galettes like in Brittany, using local ingredients and authentic recipes coming from their grandmothers and great grandmothers. Gluten-free buckwheat savory crêpe option too!
The Local Bratwurst Plate, served on Saturday afternoons and evenings, features locally raised pork (or vegan sausage alternatives), along with local organic cider-braised cabbage, local organic kraut, local organic potatoes, a homemade cider mustard and a Pane d’Amore bun.
