AROMA & FLAVOR

Rich notes of anise, cinnamon and clove as well as spicy ginger and gentle cardamom, racing through the mouth with a brandy heat.

PAIRINGS & SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Aperitif or after dinner as a digestif - taking advantage of the clove, cinnamon, ginger and anise component. Perhaps in a finish dowse in a dessert or marinade for jerk chicken and pork satay.

PRODUCTION NOTES

This brandy wine is a collaboration with Chico Chai in Chico, California, who hand blends their chai and we infused this in to the brandy. A powerful extraction of the oily spice components of the chai bring a luscious, sensory filling experience to any occasion.
