Dry Hopped Cider
Bright cider, made with heirloom and organic dessert apples, blended with the bold citrus tang of organic Cascade hops. Some say it's like sipping a meadow; some say it's like chewing on grass. A hopped adventure.
Alcohol content 6.5%. Dry.
Jameson Fink's Tasting Notes:
Apple cider meets an IPA and the results are a match made in heaven in your glass. There is no hoppy bitterness here; just fresh, floral flavor from the hops. Try it Finnriver-style with popcorn topped with nutritional yeast or, my new favorite, dry-roasted peanuts. While you’re on your way to or from Finnriver, you can stop by CB’s Nuts in Kingston and they’ll help you accomplish a perfect pairing.
