Cider Batches 712, 812, 912

Sep 12, 2012

Cider Batches 712, 812 and 912...Summer is the blink of an apple's eye!  It's shocking really to feel Autumn in the air and to see the leaves falling and the apple bins starting to pile up.  We apologize for tardy posting of the summer batch blogs; we were just too darn busy bottling.   Cider seems to be growing as a beverage option and summer is an especially nice time for our refreshing blends...or at least that's what we discovered, sipping on a cool Black Currant Cider on a hot August afternoon.  So we hustled this season to keep up.  Even though we're growing, we are still a very, very small Cidery, making only a few hundred cases a week.  We are distributed now in Western Washington, in the Idaho panhandle, in Eastern Washington, throughout Oregon and into Northern California now-- where markets, taverns, pubs and other beverage purveyors are opening space on their shelves and in their taps for craft ciders.  It's exciting to be in the cider community, especially now, as apples ripen and we start planning the 2012-2013 blends.

We hope you enjoyed your ciders this summer!

More good things to come!
